Project Details:
- Industry: Petrochemical
- Application: Desalination/Demineralization
- Technologies: Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Electrodeionization (EDI)
- Ultrafiltration (UF) System:
- Quantity: 4 Units
- Capacity per Unit: 260 tons/hour
- Primary Reverse Osmosis (RO) System:
- Quantity: 4 Units
- Capacity per Unit: 235 tons/hour
- Secondary Reverse Osmosis (RO) System:
- Quantity: 4 Units
- Capacity per Unit: 235 tons/hour
- Electrodeionization (EDI) System:
- Quantity: 4 Units
- Capacity per Unit: 210 tons/hour
- Ultrafiltration (UF): Pre-treatment to remove suspended solids and colloids, protecting the downstream RO membranes and extending their lifespan.
- Reverse Osmosis (RO): Two-stage RO system to remove dissolved salts and minerals, achieving the required water purity for petrochemical processes.
- Electrodeionization (EDI): Post-treatment to further polish the RO permeate, achieving ultra-high purity water with minimal ionic contaminants. EDI is a chemical-free process, reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
- Reliable Water Supply: Ensures a continuous and dependable supply of high-purity water for critical petrochemical processes, reducing the risk of downtime and production losses.
- Meeting Stringent Quality Requirements: Delivers water that meets the strict purity standards required for sensitive petrochemical applications, preventing scaling, corrosion, and other issues.
- Optimized Efficiency: The integrated UF-RO-EDI system provides energy-efficient and cost-effective water treatment, reducing operating expenses and improving overall profitability.
- Reduced Environmental Impact: The chemical-free EDI system minimizes the environmental footprint of the water treatment process.
